Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to provide operational support across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Support payroll processing and compliance by collaborating with the Payroll team and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Assist in administering employee programs and communications to enhance engagement and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration, employee services, or people operations
  • Experience maintaining HR systems such as GoCo or similar tools
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance tracking in a multi-state environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
