Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist who will manage employee lifecycle processes and enhance team member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for team members
  • Develop and maintain training programs and documentation to support continuous professional growth
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably BambooHR
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Industry certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred but not required
