Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar operational role
  • Experience with HR tools such as Rippling, ADP, or BambooHR
  • Familiarity with key employee lifecycle processes like onboarding and compensation updates
  • Experience in a growing organization where systems and processes evolve
  • Process-minded and data-oriented with the ability to simplify complex workflows
