Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage and improve the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution and continuous improvement of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
• Coordinate across various departments to ensure smooth execution of people-related processes
• Maintain accurate data and reporting structures in the HR system and support organizational decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar operational role
• Experience with HR tools such as Rippling, ADP, or BambooHR
• Familiarity with key employee lifecycle processes like onboarding and compensation updates
• Experience in a growing organization where systems and processes evolve
• Process-minded and data-oriented with the ability to simplify complex workflows
