Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate across various departments to ensure smooth execution of people-related processes
- Maintain accurate data and reporting structures in the HR system and support organizational decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar operational role
- Experience with HR tools such as Rippling, ADP, or BambooHR
- Familiarity with key employee lifecycle processes like onboarding and compensation updates
- Experience in a growing organization where systems and processes evolve
- Process-minded and data-oriented with the ability to simplify complex workflows
