Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Advisory Specialist to support high-growth startups in their people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Operations contact for a portfolio of 15-20 clients, providing expert guidance
• Manage essential client employment data and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients, ensuring smooth administration

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR/People Operations experience
• Experience working in a fast-growing, fully-distributed startup
• Experience serving as a fractional or people operations consultant to multiple startups
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools such as Rippling, Gusto, and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
