Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist who will manage employee lifecycle processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including training assignments and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and process lifecycle changes within HRIS
- Respond to employee inquiries and manage compliance reporting and operational content
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations and/or HRIS role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and knowledge of HR compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
