Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist who will manage employee lifecycle processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including training assignments and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process lifecycle changes within HRIS
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage compliance reporting and operational content
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations and/or HRIS role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and knowledge of HR compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
