People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist as part of a SkillBridge Training Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own new hire onboarding workflows including documentation and HRIS coordination in BambooHR
• Manage benefits administration tasks such as enrollment tracking and vendor coordination
• Drive assigned people programs and culture initiatives from planning through execution

Required Qualifications

• Real people operations or military HR background
• Experience building or running people programs and culture initiatives
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive employee information
• Active SkillBridge eligibility with commanding officer approval
