People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing People team, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage HR systems, ensure data integrity, and streamline workflows through automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain core HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Identify and implement automation solutions for manual processes to enhance efficiency
• Process employment changes and manage US immigration administration for employees

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of People Ops experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HRIS or related systems such as HiBob, Workday, or Culture Amp
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data confidentially
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom, with a willingness to learn new software
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
