Job Summary

To support a globally distributed workforce, the contract People Operations Specialist will manage employee inquiries through a centralized ticketing system, provide HR support across various topics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and manage requests through a centralized case management system
  • Provide support on HR topics, including policies, employee records, and leave management, while ensuring excellent service standards
  • Assist with process improvement projects focused on automation and service optimization, contributing to broader People Operations initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Shared Services
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting employees through ticketing systems or shared services models preferred
  • HR degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus
