Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience in a remote environment, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage onboarding processes, oversee workplace operations, and execute engagement programs that support teammates throughout their journey at the company.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for teammate inquiries, ensuring a high-touch, service-oriented experience
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires globally, including logistics, documentation, and engagement sessions
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and support
  • Experience planning and executing employee engagement programs and events
  • Strong customer service mindset focused on creating exceptional employee experiences
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
