Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience at a remote, full-time capacity, the People Operations Specialist will manage HR policies, execute employee recognition programs, and oversee event logistics while ensuring alignment with the company's values of generosity and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR policies and manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle
• Steward recognition programs and manage staff celebrations to foster a positive culture
• Coordinate staff development events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR execution, or employee engagement roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to implement people systems
• Experience designing systems that balance structure with human-centered care
