Job Summary
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding programs, support compliance efforts, and provide broad employee support across HR systems and benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the New Hire Onboarding Program, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all new hires
- Manage the HR Service Desk and HR AI bot, identifying patterns and improving the bot's capabilities over time
- Administer compliance-related employee training programs and conduct regular audits to support HR compliance initiatives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Rippling, Lattice, or similar tools
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams in building scalable People programs
