People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage the end-to-end People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee queries, and compliance, in a fully remote role based in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own the running of People Operations, handling employee queries, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems
• Partner with the People team to deliver key programs such as performance reviews and engagement surveys
• Build and improve processes and workflows to enhance clarity and consistency across the employee experience

Required qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or as an HR Generalist with end-to-end ownership
• Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, and data for organizational and decision-making purposes
• Ability to build processes and workflows that simplify operations and improve scalability
• Empathy and good judgement in supporting employees, particularly in sensitive situations
• Proactive and self-directed approach to identifying and addressing operational gaps
