Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling People function, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee benefits administration across multiple jurisdictions, and establish performance cycle processes while collaborating closely with the Director of Talent.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the full employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding
- Administer benefits across the US, UK, and Singapore while managing compliance requirements
- Establish performance review scheduling and ensure performance data integration into HRIS
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related roles within a startup or fast-growing environment
- Hands-on experience with modern HR tools and systems
- Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong process orientation with the ability to document and maintain systems
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project prioritization
