Job Summary
As a full-time remote People Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, provide HR systems support, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with a global team to enhance people operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management
- Act as first-line support for HRIS inquiries, identifying automation opportunities and assisting with system upgrades
- Investigate and resolve people operations issues, contributing recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in resolving complex HR challenges in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for reporting and improvements
- Experience with Trinet or similar co-employment platforms; familiarity with HiBob is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort in learning new tools quickly
- Experience with ticketing systems, document management, or compliance processes
