Job Summary

As a full-time remote People Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, provide HR systems support, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with a global team to enhance people operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide expert administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management
  • Act as first-line support for HRIS inquiries, identifying automation opportunities and assisting with system upgrades
  • Investigate and resolve people operations issues, contributing recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in resolving complex HR challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for reporting and improvements
  • Experience with Trinet or similar co-employment platforms; familiarity with HiBob is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort in learning new tools quickly
  • Experience with ticketing systems, document management, or compliance processes
