Job Summary

To support a thriving People & Culture department, the full-time remote People and Culture Operations Specialist will manage HR administration, facilitate onboarding processes, and drive employee experience initiatives while ensuring compliance with US and UK employment legislation.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and culture
  • Generate HR-related reports and identify areas for continuous improvement in processes and workflows
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in People & Culture, Human Resources, or Operations
  • Strong understanding of US and UK employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Prior experience using HRIS systems and Google Suite
  • Proven track record in a centralized, global People & Culture team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
