Job Summary
Owning the full provider lifecycle, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for new providers, including communication, document collection, and system setup
- Manage provider offboarding workflows, ensuring proper documentation closure and system access removal
- Build and maintain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics to support decision-making
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration with a strong operational focus
- Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases with reliable closure
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, and disciplined data hygiene
- Solid skills in Notion for task management and automation
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian for communication with US-based providers
