Job Summary

Owning the full provider lifecycle, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for new providers, including communication, document collection, and system setup
  • Manage provider offboarding workflows, ensuring proper documentation closure and system access removal
  • Build and maintain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics to support decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration with a strong operational focus
  • Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases with reliable closure
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, and disciplined data hygiene
  • Solid skills in Notion for task management and automation
  • Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian for communication with US-based providers
