Job Summary
Taking full ownership of the provider lifecycle, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes while collaborating closely with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for new providers, including communication, document collection, and system setup coordination
- Manage provider offboarding workflows, ensuring documentation closure and coordination with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations
- Build and maintain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics to support decision-making by the Operations Manager
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist role with a strong operational focus
- Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases with reliable, on-time closure
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, and disciplined data hygiene across multiple tools
- Strong analytical skills for building structured reports and spotting patterns in operational data
- Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian for effective communication with US-based providers and stakeholders
