People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a critical HRIS data migration and cover client groups during a team member's leave, the contract People Operations Specialist will manage employee inquiries, oversee lifecycle processes, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational HR contact for assigned client groups, managing employee inquiries and lifecycle processes
• Support HRIS data migration by auditing and cleaning employee data, and completing data entry and validation tasks
• Collaborate with People Partners and cross-functional teams to roll out People programs and maintain HRIS data accuracy

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably HiBob and/or BambooHR
• Experience in technology companies within a fully remote, global environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accurate employee records
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
