Job Summary
To support the redesign of HR functions, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage HRIS administration, automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, and oversee benefits and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring data integrity and automating workflows
- Manage benefits administration and lead the execution of annual Open Enrollment and compliance with leave requests
- Conduct compliance reporting and audits, while building automated HR dashboards for real-time data insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS administration, or Benefits Management
- Experience administering a modern HRIS, with BambooHR experience as a significant advantage
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, particularly related to leaves of absence and benefits compliance
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to data management and reporting
- Proven ability to streamline processes and create scalable workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
