People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruiting and supporting core people operations, the full-time remote People Operations Specialist will manage the hiring process from intake to offer, partner on onboarding and HR systems, and improve operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting and HR operational workflows in collaboration with the VP of People Operations

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting, with exposure to HR or people operations
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently
• Experience with HRIS and ATS tools
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, distributed team
