People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the employee lifecycle in a remote capacity, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage HR compliance reporting, contribute to knowledge management initiatives, and enhance cross-functional processes to improve employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the People Ops team, actioning employee requests via Workday and Zendesk
• Manage statutory reporting for HR compliance, including EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Plans
• Support process improvements across the People team by planning and executing enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within an HR/People team for a fast-growing, global company
• 2+ years of experience supporting HR/Workforce Compliance actions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Operational knowledge of Workday HRIS
• Basic knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
