To enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes, the full-time remote People Operations & Automation Specialist will optimize operational workflows, design automations across HR systems, and oversee AI implementation within the People Team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations across HR tools to improve efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, ensuring effective use and documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People systems, or process improvement
- 1+ year experience with AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT
- Proven ability to design and implement automations and workflow improvements
- Strong analytical skills and experience improving data quality and operational reliability
- Excellent project management skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
