People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full provider lifecycle, the full-time People Operations Specialist will manage preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for new providers, including communication, document collection, and system setup
• Manage provider offboarding workflows, ensuring proper documentation closure and coordination with relevant departments
• Build and maintain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist role with a strong operational focus
• Proven experience managing high-volume onboarding/offboarding cases with reliable, on-time closure
• Experience with HRIS systems, with BambooHR being a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills for building reports and spotting patterns in operational data
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian for effective communication with US-based providers and stakeholders
