Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing HR processes and procedures to support team members throughout their employment lifecycle
• Collaborating with team members to create an employee experience that drives engagement and high performance
• Managing the administration of benefits programs, employee records, and payroll/HRIS system

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HR team processes and procedures
• Experience administering benefits and leave of absence programs
• Experience creating and leading new hire onboarding and employee off-boarding processes
• Experience in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Strong integrity, discretion, and data integrity skills
