A company is looking for a People Ops and Recruiting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update data in HRIS system, process payroll, and conduct compliance audits
  • Manage HR Intranet, employee resources pages, and onboarding new employees
  • Administer benefits, drive HR events and programs, and support recruiting efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in people operations/HR generalist role
  • Previous exposure to a tech startup environment
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, work with ambiguity, and create new processes
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the People and Talent space
