Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Ops Generalist - Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and HR administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in People Operations with 1-2 years in recruiting
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition
  • Competence with Greenhouse required; experience with Namely a plus
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a start-up environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
