People Ops Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People Ops with 6+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute talent acquisition strategy
• Build and nurture trusting relationships with company leaders and individual contributors
• Create career pathing and guide employees' professional development

Required Qualifications:

• Traveling to attend 1-week (typically 5 nights, Sunday - Friday) team meetups three times per year
• B.A/B.S. in Business, Management, Social Science, or relevant field
• 6+ years experience in People Operations (HR)
• 3+ years experience in a People Operations (HR) leadership position
• Prior experience working at a remote startup during a growth period
