Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations and Development Manager in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, benefit administration, employee experience, performance, and compliance
- Facilitate leave of absence requests, partner with HR vendor, and serve as a primary point of contact for employees
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage successful delivery of development programs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide guidance on career paths
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with HR platforms preferred
- Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
