Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations and Development Manager in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, benefit administration, employee experience, performance, and compliance
  • Facilitate leave of absence requests, partner with HR vendor, and serve as a primary point of contact for employees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage successful delivery of development programs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide guidance on career paths

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience with HR platforms preferred
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
