People Ops Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project management and execution of HR-related initiatives and systems
• Ensure HR projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage internal HR resources, support employees, and manage budgets

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on HR and HR Operations experience
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
• Experience using Workday and other People systems
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
