Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Partner, EPD.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs on employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks
- Track and facilitate the performance management process for managers and employees
- Manage the accommodation process and off-boarding for employees, including conducting exit interviews
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in performance management support
- Strong judgment in handling employee relations matters with empathy and practicality
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing people metrics
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in conducting internal investigations is a plus
