Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner, EPD.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs on employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks
• Track and facilitate the performance management process for managers and employees
• Manage the accommodation process and off-boarding for employees, including conducting exit interviews

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in performance management support
• Strong judgment in handling employee relations matters with empathy and practicality
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing people metrics
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in conducting internal investigations is a plus
