Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees
• Facilitate performance evaluations and development discussions to foster employee growth
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and coordinate team-building events

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a People Partner or in a similar HR/People Ops role
• Experience in a fast-paced product environment
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob, and tools like Jira
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
