Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to management on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Participate in performance management and employee development programs to retain and develop top talent
• Serve as a contact for employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and championing DEI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably in a technology company
• Experience working with global organizations across multiple regions
• Proven ability to design and implement effective people practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data analysis
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard HR tools
