Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve high levels of trust and professionalism
• Lead People Team initiatives and ensure organizational processes and policies are successfully embedded
• Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver global initiatives and support organizational growth

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant HR experience at an operational and tactical level
• Ability to comprehend and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and policies
• Experience in supporting, coaching, and guiding leadership teams
• Experience with Change & Project Management
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
