Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to enhance team health, performance, and organizational clarity
• Conduct proactive sessions with teams to identify and address people-related issues
• Lead key People programs and support investigations related to employee relations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supporting leaders through various people topics including performance and organizational design
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive issues
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience with strategic partnership and hands-on execution
• Experience with globally distributed teams or multi-jurisdiction environments is preferred
