Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor engagement and proactively address risks
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to improve team effectiveness and resolve complex people matters
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar HR role
  • Fluent in English
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
  • Confidence in working with HR data and metrics to make informed decisions
