Job Summary

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor engagement and proactively address risks
- Collaborate with Department Heads to improve team effectiveness and resolve complex people matters
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar HR role
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
- Confidence in working with HR data and metrics to make informed decisions
