Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders in Customer and Sales to shape the people agenda based on business context and metrics
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and provide insights for data analysis and reporting
• Manage complex employment relations cases while coaching leaders to take ownership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Strong understanding of GTM metrics relevant to Customer and Sales organizations
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
