Key responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across various departments to align people strategy with business priorities
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
  • Identify trends in employee engagement and retention, recommending data-informed solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years as an HRBP or in a generalist role
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company
  • Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple U.S. states
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence without authority
  • A bias toward action with a focus on problem-solving
