Job Summary

As a full-time remote People Partner, this role will manage strategic business partnerships with the Commercial and Finance teams while also providing operational support for entry-level Clinical Operations and Customer Support teams, focusing on employee relations and process consistency.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated People Partner for the Commercial and Finance teams, providing full-spectrum support including workforce planning and employee relations
  • Own employee relations for entry-level roles in Clinical Operations and Customer Support, ensuring operational processes are followed with consistency and rigor
  • Analyze exit survey data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding employee experience and organizational health
Required qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally in HRBP, HR generalist, or employee relations roles
  • Proven experience managing employee relations investigations and case management with strong documentation discipline
  • Solid working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
  • Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HRIS; Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an analytical mindset to use data for decision-making
