Job Summary

Partnering with managers across the US, Israel, and Europe, the full-time People Partner will enhance team health and performance while managing core People operations and maintaining data integrity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers on team health, performance conversations, and role clarity
• Oversee core People Ops for the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage People systems and data integrity, ensuring clean and trustworthy reporting

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Partner/HRBP or People Ops, preferably in high-growth startups
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
• Experience with People systems such as Rippling, Ashby, or similar
• Confidence in coaching managers through feedback and performance conversations
• Global mindset with experience operating across diverse teams and time zones
