Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support benefits enrollment and act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Perform audits and ensure compliance with HR regulations and data accuracy across systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of HR experience focused on payroll, tax, compliance, and benefits
  • Experience with ADP in a payroll processing function for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday, for at least 2 years
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of creating reports for finance and people teams
