People Partner Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage a coaching approach to provide strategic people support, including organizational design, performance management, and talent reviews
• Assist exec leaders with developing departmental strategy and aligning it with executionary expectations
• Ensure equitable and consistent application of people practices, standards, and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a HRBP supporting a productivity-driven customer-facing department
• Thorough understanding of leading through a diverse, equitable, and inclusive lens
• Experience managing complex employee relations and partnering with senior leaders for organizational change
