People Partner (Temporary)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (Temporary, 6 months).

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and professionalism
• Leading People Team initiatives and ensuring successful embedding of organizational processes and policies
• Collaborating with the broader People team to deliver global initiatives and organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant HR experience at an operational and tactical level
• Ability to comprehend and apply applicable laws, guidelines, and policies
• Experience in supporting, coaching, and guiding leadership teams
• Experience with Change & Project Management
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
