Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Program Partner to lead and evolve key people programs that strengthen onboarding, engagement, learning, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end people programs such as structured onboarding, manager development, and engagement initiatives
• Diagnose organizational challenges and design program-level learning solutions aligned to business goals
• Drive adoption of programs and measure their effectiveness through defined success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People Operations
• Demonstrated ownership of programs or initiatives end-to-end
• Ability to diagnose problems and translate them into structured, scalable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience using data to measure effectiveness and guide decisions
