Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Program Partner to lead and evolve key people programs that strengthen onboarding, engagement, learning, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end people programs such as structured onboarding, manager development, and engagement initiatives
- Diagnose organizational challenges and design program-level learning solutions aligned to business goals
- Drive adoption of programs and measure their effectiveness through defined success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People Operations
- Demonstrated ownership of programs or initiatives end-to-end
- Ability to diagnose problems and translate them into structured, scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience using data to measure effectiveness and guide decisions
