People Programs Manager, responsible for driving core operational and employee lifecycle programs in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on project management, process redesign, and operational excellence within the People team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage employee lifecycle programs from onboarding to off-boarding
• Lead program and project management across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
• Redesign manual processes using automation and AI to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or program management
• Strong program and project management skills
• Experience in process improvement and implementing scalable solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools
• Experience supporting compliance programs and audits
