Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational planning for goal setting cycles and track progress
• Support and execute global in-person events and virtual engagement activities
• Coordinate equipment logistics for new hires and maintain inventory records

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or program management
• Experience coordinating operational logistics in a remote or multi-location environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and execute with ownership
• Prior experience in a remote-first, international company is a plus
