Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, People Relations to provide team member relations and People & Culture services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations activities, including corrective actions and coaching documentation
  • Conduct investigations into potential violations of employment policies and document findings
  • Support team member development initiatives and maintain the Team Member Handbook
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in team member relations
  • Strong understanding of HR handbooks and ability to interpret policies
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other business tools
