Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, People Relations to provide team member relations and People & Culture services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations activities, including corrective actions and coaching documentation
- Conduct investigations into potential violations of employment policies and document findings
- Support team member development initiatives and maintain the Team Member Handbook
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in team member relations
- Strong understanding of HR handbooks and ability to interpret policies
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office and other business tools
