People Relations Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Partner to conduct workplace investigations and provide support globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and partner on key People processes including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management
• Collaborate with Legal and People team leaders to conduct investigations and facilitate resolution of workplace concerns
• Develop relationships with People Business Partners, provide counsel on general people relations queries, and proactively address issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex investigations, performance management, and restructuring
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to establish cross-functional relationships and coach employees and management through complex issues
• Project management skills
• Heightened understanding of cultural differences
