Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
- 1+ years of experience as the primary HRIS point of contact
- Proven ability to learn new subjects and conduct research
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement
- Interest in the intersection of People Operations and Business Operations
