Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Analyst to join their HR team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes
  • Support special projects such as Open Enrollment and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with HR processes
  • Administer HR technology systems and maintain data integrity for HR reporting and inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or HR
  • 1+ years of experience as the primary HRIS point of contact
  • Proven ability to learn new subjects and complete research projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement
  • Interest in the intersection between People Operations and Business Operations
