Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Services Analyst to join their HR team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes
- Support special projects such as Open Enrollment and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with HR processes
- Administer HR technology systems and maintain data integrity for HR reporting and inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or HR
- 1+ years of experience as the primary HRIS point of contact
- Proven ability to learn new subjects and complete research projects
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement
- Interest in the intersection between People Operations and Business Operations
