Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Associate to provide support throughout the entire candidate and employee journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment inquiries, providing guidance on policies and processes
  • Manage recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, and handling onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with HR or recruitment systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
